Desk & Wall Calendars — Print Materials Nairobi

About Desk & Wall Calendars

A calendar is the longest-lived thing you can put your logo on. It stays on a desk or a wall for a full year, in the room where your customer works, and it gets looked at several times a day. Nothing else in this catalogue does that.

Desk calendars sit on a wire-bound easel and give you thirteen printed faces -- a cover plus each month -- which is thirteen chances to say something rather than one. Wall calendars are bigger, usually a single hanging piece or a six-sheet set, and suit workshops, receptions and site offices where people read from across the room.

The month grid is where quality shows. Dates set too small are useless, and a calendar nobody can read from their chair gets replaced by a free one from a bank. We set the grid first and fit the branding around it, not the other way round.

The panel most clients forget is the useful one: your own contact details, service list or a QR code in the margin of every month. That is the thing that turns a gift into a reference someone actually uses.

Timing is the real constraint. From October every printer in Nairobi is running calendars, and lead times stretch. An order placed in September ships without drama. Minimum 250; artwork can be set from your logo and photographs.
