1. About these terms

These terms apply between Signsotech Sainz Enterprise ("Signsotech", "we") of Mecca House, Mfangano Street, Nairobi CBD, and any customer placing an order ("you"). Placing an order — via WhatsApp, the website quote system, email, phone or in person — means you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of Kenya.

2. Quotes & pricing

• Prices shown on the website are "from" starting prices for orientation. Final pricing depends on quantity, dimensions, materials and finishing.
• Every job receives a written quote (WhatsApp or email) before production. The quote you approve is the price you pay — changes to specifications after approval may require a revised quote.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Estimated totals shown in the website Quote List are indicative only and are not binding until confirmed by our team.

3. Artwork, proofs & approval

• Design support is included: we prepare print-ready artwork and share a digital proof for your approval before printing.
• You are responsible for checking proofs — spelling, numbers, colours, dimensions and layout. Production follows the approved proof exactly; errors present in an approved proof are not defects.
• On-screen colours are indicative; slight variation between screen and print is normal and industry-standard.
• You warrant that artwork, logos and content you supply do not infringe any third party's rights, and you indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supply.

4. Payment

• We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. For most orders, production begins on receipt of a deposit, with the balance due on collection or before dispatch.
• Goods remain the property of Signsotech until paid for in full.
• For custom work, deposits cover materials and machine time and are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Turnaround & delivery

• Typical turnaround is 1–3 working days from proof approval and deposit; same-day service is often available for orders approved before 11:00 AM (confirmed per job).
• Turnaround estimates are given in good faith; they may shift for reasons such as power cuts, material supply or courier delays — we will always tell you promptly.
• Collection is from Mecca House, Nairobi CBD (Mon–Sat, 8 AM–6 PM). Deliveries within Nairobi and courier shipping nationwide are available; courier risk passes to you on handover to the courier.
• Please inspect goods on receipt and report any defect within 48 hours.

6. KEBS & compliance materials

• We print KEBS UCR sticker labels and related compliance materials to the specifications in force. Obtaining certification, permits and UCR allocations from KEBS remains your responsibility — we print against the documentation you hold.
• You must not request reproduction of compliance materials you are not authorised to use; we may decline any such order.

7. Remakes, refunds & cancellations

• If a delivered job is defective or does not match the approved proof, we will remake it at our cost — that is always our first remedy.
• Because every job is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started; before production, any deposit less costs already incurred is refundable.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt, with photos where possible.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, missed events, retailer penalties) — which is precisely why we proof everything with you first. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

9. Intellectual property & portfolio

• Your logos and brand assets remain yours. Design work we create becomes yours on full payment; our underlying tools and templates remain ours.
• We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer a job stays private, just tell us when ordering — we will honour it.

10. Website use

Website content (text, images, guides) is Signsotech's and may not be scraped or republished without permission. We work to keep product information current, but catalogue details may occasionally lag the workshop — your quote always reflects the true, current specification. See also our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
