The T-shirt order that disappoints is almost always the one where nobody chose the fabric.

100% combed cotton is the comfortable one and the right choice for merchandise people are meant to keep and wear. Poly-cotton holds colour longer and creases less, which is why it wins for uniforms that get washed constantly. Dry-fit polyester wicks and is what you want for sports days, marathons, marshals and anything outdoors in the sun -- a cotton shirt on a road event is soaked by the second hour.

Polos read as staff uniform rather than giveaway. On a polo, embroidery on the left chest is the finish that looks deliberate; a printed polo tends to look like a T-shirt with a collar.

Print methods matter more than most quotes admit. Screen printing gives the best cost per shirt in volume and the most durable result, but each colour is a separate screen, so a five-colour logo on 30 shirts prices badly. DTF and heat transfer carry full-colour and photographic artwork with no per-colour cost, and are the right answer for short runs and gradients. We will tell you which way your artwork should go rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer.

Minimum 25 pieces. Sizes S to 3XL, and order a curve rather than an even split. Send artwork as vector where you have it; we can redraw a logo from a good image if not.
