About Reflector Jackets

A reflector vest is safety equipment and a uniform at the same time, and which of the two matters more changes the specification completely.

On a construction site, safety wins: fluorescent yellow or orange with the standard reflective tape bands, because that is what a site induction and an insurer expect to see. For a field sales team, a marshal crew, a delivery fleet or a chama outreach day, the vest is really a uniform that happens to be visible -- and there the colour can be your brand colour, with reflective tape kept for the horizontal bands.

Branding goes on the back panel, which is the surface people actually see, and on the left chest. Screen printing is standard and holds up on polyester mesh. Larger runs can be printed front, back and both shoulders without much extra cost, because the setup is per screen rather than per garment.

Mesh vests breathe and are right for hot outdoor work. Solid polyester is more hard-wearing and takes print more cleanly. Zip or velcro front; zip lasts longer if the vest is put on and taken off several times a day.

Minimum 10 pieces, so a small team is a viable order. QR codes and phone numbers print fine at back-panel size and are worth including for anything customer-facing.
